Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of delivery services by Order Xpress LTD, registered in the United Kingdom at 72A Masefield Crescent, Romford, United Kingdom. By booking or using our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Order Xpress LTD provides same-day, next-day, and scheduled delivery services across the United Kingdom. Services are available to both individual and business clients. Specific service terms and delivery times are confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed by Order Xpress LTD, either in writing or electronically. The Client must provide accurate and complete details of the collection and delivery addresses, contact information, and description of goods. Order Xpress LTD reserves the right to refuse any booking if the goods or delivery conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms vary depending on the agreement between Order Xpress LTD and the Client. Payment may be required upfront, upon delivery, or by invoice for business clients. All invoices are due within the agreed payment period stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Goods-in-Transit Insurance
Order Xpress LTD provides goods-in-transit insurance covering loss or damage to goods while in our possession, subject to the terms and limits of the policy. Clients may request a copy of the insurance details upon request. The Client must notify Order Xpress LTD of any damage or loss in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Liability
Order Xpress LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from delay, misdelivery, or damage, except as covered under the goods-in-transit insurance policy. Liability is limited to the insured value or replacement cost of the goods, whichever is lower.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client must ensure that goods are properly packaged, labeled, and ready for collection. Hazardous, illegal, or perishable goods are not accepted unless specifically agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for any costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
7. Cancellations and Delays
Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Order Xpress LTD will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, weather, or third-party actions.
8. Data Protection
Order Xpress LTD complies with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. Client information is used solely for the purpose of providing delivery services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. NON-Solicitation
Customers are strictly prohibited from initiating any commercial relationships, direct or indirect, with Couriers of Order Xpress LTD. This obligation remains in effect during the term of the contract and for a period of 12 months following its termination. Any breach of this clause may result in legal action and financial liability.
